Hendersonville:

Welcome to the city by the lake! Hendersonville is positioned 18 miles north of Nashville with beautiful homes that center around Old Hickory Lake. This is the largest city and business sector of Sumner County with several new communities that focus on walkability and sustainability. This growing town offers great schools, water activities, golf courses, parks, restaurants, fitness and shopping along with several country music artists who call Hendersonville their home.

Gallatin:

Only 25 miles north of Nashville, Gallatin is situated on Old Hickory Lake and the Cumberland River. A variety of homes from estates to farmhouses with land can be found here. It’s considered a town rich in history having many historical homes and a beautiful town square that is the center of this great place. Not only is it rich in history, it is considered the county seat and hub of employment for Sumner County. Here you can work, eat, shop, play and take a peek back in time.

White House:

Take seat and stay awhile in this quaint town located 22 miles north of Nashville right off interstate 65, half in Sumner County and half in Robertson County. This growing town ranks as one of the best burb’s for young couples and the safest mid-sized city in TN. Brentwood:

Located 11 miles south of Nashville in the scenic countryside of Williamson County is the most desirable burb in TN. Brentwood’s high standard of living, strong business, convenient location and good schools ranks this city top of the list. Median home prices are higher than the state average and household income is higher than the national average, drawing the wealthy to this much desired area. The art, local history, parks and shopping, entertainment and dining options abound in this prosperous and affluent city.

Franklin:

Rich in history 21 miles south of Nashville sits the eclectic small town of Franklin. Unwind, relax and enjoy the picturesque and sophisticated 16-blocks of the national register district of downtown that boasts antique shops, boutiques, art-galleries, dining and entertainment for many of Nashville’s musicians, songwriters and artists. Donelson:

East of Nashville in Davidson County, 10 miles, on Interstate 40 is “Hip” Donelson. Named after the co-founder of Nashville, John Donelson. The Cumberland River, Old Hickory and Percy Priest Lakes border this community. It’s location is close to the Nashville International Airport and the community includes, lush greenways, affordable ranch style homes, hip music venues, dining, marina’s and a yacht club, commuter rail service to Nashville, and the area’s largest farmers' market around. Donelson is considered one of Nashville’s most desirable burb's.
